How far in advance should I book a move-out clean?
We recommend booking at least 5–7 days before your lease end date. However, we offer priority same-week scheduling — contact us directly for urgent bookings during peak periods (April–May, June–July in Montreal).
Do you clean carpets?
Our move-out clean includes deep vacuuming and spot-treating carpet stains. For full carpet steam cleaning, we partner with specialist cleaners and can arrange it as an add-on service.
Can you help me get my damage deposit back?
While we cannot guarantee your landlord's decision, our landlord-ready photo report and thorough checklist are designed to meet standard Quebec tenancy cleaning expectations. Many of our clients successfully recover their deposits.
Should the property be empty or furnished?
We can clean both empty and furnished properties. Empty properties are more efficient and thorough. For furnished move-ins, we work around your belongings to ensure full coverage.
Do you work on weekends?
Yes — we operate 7 days a week including weekends and holidays. Weekend availability is limited during peak moving season (July 1, September 1), so book early.
Do you serve the South Shore and North Shore?
We primarily serve the Island of Montreal. For Laval, Longueuil, Brossard, and surrounding areas, contact us for availability and any applicable travel surcharge.
