Post-Renovation Cleaning
Specialist cleaning after construction and renovation — HEPA dust removal, paint splatter, adhesive residue, and a complete detail clean to make your renovated space truly move-in ready.
What's Included
12 specialist tasks covering every surface affected by construction work.
Our Process
A structured multi-pass method developed specifically for post-construction environments.
Site Safety Assessment
Before starting, our team assesses the renovation site for hazards — wet paint, sharp debris, fragile new fixtures — and confirms it is safe to clean.
Dust Containment Setup
We seal off adjacent areas to prevent dust migration and protect completed zones during the clean.
Multi-Pass Cleaning
We clean in three passes: coarse (bulk debris), fine (dust and grit), and detail (surfaces, fixtures, glass). Each pass uses appropriate equipment.
Air Quality Check
After cleaning, we perform a visual air quality check and recommend airing out the space for 2–4 hours before occupancy if needed.
Final Walkthrough with Contractor
We complete a sign-off walkthrough with you or your contractor to confirm everything meets expectations before we leave.
Pricing Guide
Post-reno pricing in CAD based on project scope. Contact us for large commercial projects.
Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about post-renovation cleaning.
How soon after renovation can you clean?
We can start as soon as the renovation work is complete and contractors have cleared the site. We ask for at least 24–48 hours notice. For large projects, we can stage the clean to follow different trade completions.
Is it safe to clean immediately after renovation?
In most cases yes, provided paint is dry (typically 24–48 hours for latex) and no hazardous materials are present. We conduct a brief site safety check at the start of every post-reno clean.
What about asbestos or lead paint?
We do not handle asbestos or lead abatement — these require licensed remediation contractors. If asbestos or lead paint was disturbed during renovation, please obtain clearance from a certified industrial hygienist before booking our service.
Do you remove large construction debris?
We remove light construction debris (dust, small scraps, protective film, packaging). We do not haul large materials like drywall sheets, flooring offcuts, or fixtures. Those should be cleared by your contractor before our arrival.
Will I need multiple cleaning visits?
For most standard renovations one thorough visit is sufficient. For larger gut renovations or projects with significant plaster or concrete work, we may recommend a second pass 24–48 hours later once settled dust surfaces.
Do you serve contractors and developers?
Yes — we work directly with general contractors, developers, and property managers across Greater Montreal including Laval and Longueuil. We offer volume pricing for ongoing projects.
