Do you offer discounts for recurring cleans?
Yes — weekly bookings receive 20% off, biweekly bookings receive 15% off, and monthly bookings receive 10% off. Discounts apply automatically after your first clean.
What cleaning products do you use?
We use professional-grade, biodegradable cleaning products that are safe for children and pets. On request, we can use fragrance-free or hypoallergenic products at no extra charge.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. Many clients provide a lockbox code or a key. We just ask that you specify entry instructions when booking. Your cleaner is fully background-checked and insured.
What is your tipping policy?
Tips are not expected but are always appreciated by your cleaner. You can tip cash directly or add a tip through the client portal after the clean.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a $50 late cancellation fee.
