Deep cleans typically take 4–8 hours depending on the size and condition of the home. A 1BR condo takes roughly 4–5 hours; a 4BR house may take a full day. We'll give you an estimated duration at booking.
How often should I book a deep clean?
We recommend a deep clean at least twice a year — typically in spring and fall. If you have a standard cleaning subscription, we suggest adding a deep clean every 3–4 months.
What is the difference between standard and deep cleaning?
Standard cleaning covers regular maintenance tasks like dusting, vacuuming and mopping. Deep cleaning goes further — inside appliances, behind furniture, grout scrubbing, descaling, and areas not touched in a standard visit.
Do you offer allergy-safe or fragrance-free options?
Yes. Request fragrance-free or hypoallergenic products in the notes field when booking. We carry ECOLOGO-certified, scent-free alternatives at no extra cost.
Is there a satisfaction guarantee?
Absolutely. If you are not satisfied with any area of the clean, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean those areas free of charge — no questions asked.
Do I need to prepare anything before the deep clean?
Please clear countertops of personal items and ensure appliances are accessible. The cleaner will handle everything else including moving light furniture.
